Landcare Groups
The Homebush Landcare Group
The Homebush Landcare Group was formed in 1990 by concerned landholders and other interested parties in the area. The aim of the group is to protect the environment and to manage the total grazing pressure from rabbit destruction and to address issues regarding the natural resource base such as woody and noxious weed infestation. A major achievement of the group has been the large reduction of rabbit numbers on participating properties.
