This trial aims to address the needs of the transport disadvantaged in Balranald Shire. This operational guide is designed to ensure stakeholders understand and agree on how the trial should be conducted. Being a trial, the stakeholders will review the operational aspect of the trial and where agreed should modify the process to ensure the people of the Shire receive the best and fairest possible service.
