Rates

Rates for Balranald Shire Council are levied annually in July, and can be paid in full or by quarterly instalments.  Payments can be made in person via cash, cheque or credit card, or alternatively B-pay, direct deposit or posted to Council (cheque only).

Euston payments may be made at the Post Office in Murray Terrace by cash or cheque only.

 

RATES ARE DUE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

Instalments due:

1st Instalment                 31 August

2nd Instalment               30 November

3rd Instalment                28 February

Final Instalment             31 May

For any ratepayer wishing to pay the amount in full, the due date is 31 August

Balranald Shire Council accepts payments for Rates assessment in a number of ways.

You will require your rates or water notices to acquire reference numbers to complete any transaction.

Contact your participating Financial Institution to make payment directly from your cheque or savings account, this can be completed through your phone and internet banking system.
