Whats happening at Yanga National Park for December

Please see below for the latest information received from Yanga National Park:

FLOODING UPDATE – AS OF 6 DECEMBER 2016

Please be advised that the following areas of Yanga National Park are closed due to flooding:

–          Regatta beach

–          Woolshed day use & picnic area

–          Mamanga campground

–          Woolpress bend

Yanga National Park Rangers will continue updates – please go to http://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/visit-a-park/parks/Yanga-National-Park/Local-alerts for more information

Yanga and the Kyalite reserves now have a solid fuel fire ban in place in line with the Mid-Murray RFS Zone bushfire danger period. No open fires are permitted to be lit

Yanga national Park is also offering kayak hire on Yanga Lake (weekdays between 8:30am & 3:30pm)

–          Full day – $41
